  • Design
    If you need support with your design, our in-house team is here to help. We can assist with structural details like dielines, insert layouts, and more. Whether you’re starting fresh, applying artwork to a template, or making final adjustments, we’ll make the process easier for you.
  • Samples
    We provide printed samples to you before you decide on the bulk order. The sample production and shipping takes about 1.5 to 2 weeks. So please make sure to factor this timing into your overall schedule.
  • Orders & Lead time
    We begin processing your order once it has been placed and the artwork has been approved. Our standard production turnaround is approximately 1–2 weeks from artwork approval, though this may vary depending on order volume and product type.
    
    Shipping times will depend on the method you choose. We offer a range of shipping options so you can select the plan that best suits your needs.
  • Payment
    Our standard payment terms are 50% upfront and 50% prior to shipping. We currently accept PayPal and bank transfers. If you require alternative arrangements, please feel free to reach out—we’ll be happy to assist.
  • Tracking
    For production progress, you can contact your designated account manager at any time via email or WhatsApp. If you would like to receive updates at each stage of production, simply let your account manager know in advance and they will keep you informed.
    
    For shipping, we partner with leading global carriers such as UPS and FedEx. You can track your shipment directly on their websites at any time. And of course, should any issue arise, your account manager will always be available to assist you.
